Pittsburgh Technology Council’s CIO of the Year Awards ceremony was held on March 21st, 2019. Over 500 people attended this event, which spotlights the region’s top tech executives. IQ Inc.’s, CEO and President Barbara VanKirk, was given the opportunity to present the first ever CISO Award to Thomas Dugas, Assistant Vice-President and Chief Information Security Officer at Duquesne University. The evening was additionally highlighted by CIO Winners and up and coming Pittsburgh Technical Professionals.
