Barb’s Health Shake of the Day

Every day Barb comes into work with a new concoction – er – I mean drink. And we’ve decided to share it with you!These drinks are both healthy and tasty so why don’t you give it a try?
1/4 cup each of:

  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • black berries
  • strawberries
  • peaches
  • organic egg whites (yes, egg whites)

A handful of:

  • Spinnach
  • fresh Kale

And:

  • 1 cup unflavored almond milk
  • 1 scoop of whey protein
  • 4 ice cubes (not 5, not 3, 4)

Puree all in a blender until it is fully liquid. Pour into a travel cup, grab a thick straw, and enjoy!
