At the start of every new year, many of us reflect on the past and look to the future. …. 2020, a NEW YEAR and a NEW DECADE! 2020….
20/20 vision is a term for visual acuity….Vision is all about clarity! 20/20 vision is perfect, high definition clarity! We’ve all heard, or stated, hindsight is 20/20, right?
In 2020 our IQ Inc. vision is to focus on perfect, high-definition clarity, 20/20 vision! How clear is your vision, OUR vision? How does Barb suggest to accomplish this? By starting with:
- “Your vision of where you want to go or who you want to be is the greatest asset you have.” Define who you want to be and where you want to go…then, SHARE THAT VISION WITH EVERYONE!
- Learn to say “No” to the things that don’t support your (our) Vision!
- Say “YES” to Deeper Connections! Be the person others want to be with (to work with)! Treat others how you would LOVE to be treated!!! Get close and personal!
- Focus on WE CARE (one of our core IQ Inc. Values)…Let’s treat ourselves, our clients, our family….and one another with EXCELLENCE….
