Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead comprehensive testing strategies.
• SQL/SQL Developer experience to write basic queries for testing.
• Establish and refine formal QA processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Implement and manage test automation frameworks to improve test efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with software development, product management, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
• Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and client-specific requirements.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvements and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage QA resources, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Regularly report on quality metrics and QA performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
• Manual testing experience and experience setting up automation tests
• Extensive experience testing SaaS applications hosted in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative experience with agile software development teams.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
