Andy, an outstanding Software Engineer, with a “non-traditional background”, has been an invaluable part of the IQ family. When asked to be a Product Owner on a Client project he stepped up in a major way. He is instrumental in wrangling requirements and providing a buffer between our team and the customer. Andy has also been heavily involved in refining our on-boarding process and implemented our project-buddy program, which has allowed us to efficiently on-board many new team members! He is always willing to help and always willing to contribute however he can on whatever needs to be done.
