IQ Inc. always strives to facilitate the continued growth and learning of our team members. In that spirit we invited all of our employees to join in on a Leadership Training seminar lead by John Stahl-Wert, co-author of The Serving Leader.
The informative leadership training session started with a theoritical overview of the meaning of the word Leadership before breaking into group-based activities designed to personalize the message. Groups of 4 or 5 at a table took turns discussing the cornerstones of the Serving Leadership approach and identifying ways those cornerstones fit into the IQ Inc. company culture and workplace.
The training session was a great experience and IQ Inc. is looking forward to future oppotrunities to help grow the strengths of our team!
