IQ Inc is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support software and technical teams across a range of projects in the healthcare domain. Candidates must have real experience managing software projects and collaborating closely with engineers, testers, and other stakeholders.

You’ll work across various projects, helping to coordinate efforts, track progress, identify blockers, and ensure teams are aligned and moving forward. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical background, a strong grasp of Agile or SAFe methodologies, and a “detective” mindset with a knack for uncovering details, resolving ambiguity, and keeping projects on track.
  
Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing/planning software and technical projects
  • Familiarity with common project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Agile/SAFe principles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, and detail oriented, with the ability to spot gaps and ask the right questions
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices
