We are thrilled to announce that IQ Inc. won third place at Pittsburgh Business Times’ Best Places to Work. Our company was selected thanks to our employees, who completed surveys about our workplace earlier this year.
The award ceremony was tropical themed, and the IQ crew came prepared, nearly two dozen strong, with their own leis, sunglasses, and Hawaiian shirts. Being good team players, they even participated in the ‘surfing’ competition (much like a mechanical bull) and soaked up the last of the tropical fun before winter.
IQ’s win is thanks to the employees who put its inclusive ideals into practice and the company’s efforts to take care of their own. These efforts range from transparent quarterly meetings, annual professional conferences, to a yearly picnic and Christmas party. Our culture is what we make of it, and IQ seeks to make work a welcoming, fun place that thrives on helping others and making a difference in the world.
