IQ Inc. Professional Development Conference

Our IQ Inc. conference leader Tom Whittaker and team, reeled in 61 IQ Inc. employees for our half day conference which was held on September 12, 2019 at our HQ, here in Monroeville, PA!

The presenting team members chose the topics to speak on, which was something they had studied in school or in the past, and/or something they were really passionate about! We enjoyed speakers present on topics such as “Imposter Syndrome”, “A Systematic Approach to Debugging”, “Leadership without a Title, and even a presentation on “How to Raise Chickens!”.

From the hours of 8AM – 1PM, IQ Inc. team members listened and learned, discussed the topics and which speaking events they would attend, took pictures for social media, and even enjoyed a catered lunch at the end of the conference brought in by The Olive Garden!

It was a hugely productive and successful day of bonding with other team members, asking intelligent questions, laughing and learning together as a team!

This was the 3rd Annual IQ Inc. Professional Development Conference, and we look forward to hosting next year’s event!
