On September 30th employees of IQ gathered together for the 4th Annual IQ Professional Development Conference! Although this year’s event was a bit different than previous years, the attendees enjoyed topics that ranged from Measuring Software Performance to Mindfulness and Psychological Safety in the Work Environment. The event kicked off with an open hangout where employees could chat with their coworkers. The Welcome and Keynote speakers, Barbara VanKirk, Tyler Sechler, and Tom Whittaker, were next in the lineup! They provided company updates and service award announcements! Over the next few hours employees could pick and choose the presentations that they wanted to attend, each unique in their own way! This annual conference provides a forum for employees of IQ to share ideas, interact with colleagues, and gather together as part of an opportunity for professional growth.
