Tom has worked in various software development industries for close to 20 years as a Quality Assurance Professional and Project Manager, with most of that experience in entertainment software development, (video games, casino gaming, etc). Tom loves team building, and seeing developers work unencumbered and free from distractions while growing their skills. As an Engineering Manager at IQ, that will be his ultimate goal!
Personally, Tom enjoys spending lazy Sundays with his wife and kids, trying out new BBQ recipes in his smoker, playing video games, Sci-Fi and Horror movies, and all genres of rock music, (60’s and 70’s Classic, 80’s Thrash Metal, 90’s Grunge, and anything in-between).
